College Admission Requirements:
a) For Architecture, Estate Management, Building and Quantity Surveying:
- 5 credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one of the following: Geography, Fine Art, Economics, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Biology and Agric Science.
b) For Urban and Regional Planning, and Geography:
- 5 Credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent in English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any other two subjects.
3. COLLEGE OF HUMANITIES
I) B.A English
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent in English Language and four other Arts and Social Science subjects
- The other four subjects must include Literature in English
II) B.A History and International Studies
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent in English Language and four other Arts and Social Science subjects
- The four subjects must include Government or History
III) B.A Philosophy and Religious Studies
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent in English Language and four other Arts and Social Science subjects
4. COLLEGE OF NATURAL SCIENCES
I) B.Sc. Biochemistry
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE or equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics
II) B.Sc. Computer Science
- 5 'O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Chemistry, Biology, Economics, and Geography
III) B.Sc. Microbiology
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE or equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology (Agricultural Science is acceptable in lieu of Biology)
IV) B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE or equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics
VI) B.Sc. Physics Electronics
- 5 'O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Chemistry, Biology, Economics, and Geography

I) B.Sc. Economics
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, and any other three subjects
II) B.Sc. International Relations
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent, including English Language, and any other four subjects
III) B.Sc. Mass Communication
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent, including English Language and Literature in English
- At least a pass in Mathematics is required
IV) B.Sc. Political Science
- 5 'O' Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent, including English Language, and any other four subjects

Direct Entry Admission Requirements:
- 5 relevant credit passes at WASC (SSCE), NECO or equivalent subjects listed under each programme, two of which must be at 'A' Level
- OND with upper Credit or NCE at Credit level in any institution recognized by the University
- Joseph Ayo Babalola University Diploma
- Diploma from any other recognized Universities
