The University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) College of Nursing Sciences Admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now open.
This is the chance to apply for the Basic Nursing Programme offered by the College of Nursing Sciences at UITH.
Qualification Criteria for UITH College of Nursing Sciences
You must meet specific requirements to apply for the Basic Nursing Programme.
1. Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from either WASC/NECO, taken at not more than two sittings.
2. NABTEB qualifications are accepted but must not be combined with WASC or NECO certificates.
3. You must be at least 16 years old at the time of applying.
4. Applicants must have no deformities of the hands.
5. A clean criminal record is required.
Closing Date:
Not later than 25th October, 2024
Examination Date: 28th and 29th October, 2024.
Venue:
Schools Complex Amilegbe, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Kwara State.
Oral Interview Date: 30th October, 2024
Resumption Date: 18th November, 2024.

▪ Invited candidates for oral interview should come along with:
- Original copy of O’level print out result/Certificate
- Original copy of Birth Certificate Declaration of age (National
- Population Commission).
