The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships are offered to international students to pursue Master’s degree programs at TU Delft in the Netherlands. The scholarship covers full tuition fees and provides a contribution to living expenses.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent international applicant (conditionally) admitted to a 2-year regular TU Delft MSc program
- Cumulative GPA of 80% or higher
- Bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside the Netherlands
- Required Documents:
- Completed MSc application
- Scholarship Application Form
- Two reference letters
- English language certificate (if required)
- Application Deadline: December 1, 2025
