The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has announced that the position of Vice-Chancellor will become vacant by February 2026 and is inviting qualified academics to apply.
The Vice-Chancellor serves as the university’s chief executive and academic leader, responsible for overseeing administration, student admissions, discipline, and the implementation of university policies.
Applicants must be professors with at least 10 years of experience, hold a doctorate degree (except in Medicine), be under 65 years of age, and have a strong academic reputation, proven leadership skills, and the ability to attract research funding.
Applications should be submitted online within six weeks of the announcement.
