THOMAS ADEWUMI UNIVERSITY SECURES 100% NUC ACCREDITATION FOR LAW, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OTHERS

Thomas Adewumi University has achieved full accreditation for all its academic programmes presented during the November accreditation exercise conducted by the National Universities Commission.

The development brings the institution to a 100 per cent accreditation status, reflecting its commitment to maintaining high standards in teaching, research, and academic delivery.

Programmes granted full accreditation cut across key faculties, including Law, as well as Human Anatomy, Public Health, Physiology, and Physiotherapy under the Faculty of Basic Medical and Health Sciences.

Reacting to the achievement, the Vice-Chancellor, Francisca O. Oladipo, expressed appreciation to members of staff and students for their contributions to the successful exercise.

She described the milestone as a product of collective effort, dedication, and resilience, noting that it further positions the University as a centre of academic excellence.

The accreditation outcome is expected to strengthen the institution’s reputation and enhance the quality of its academic programmes as it continues to expand its footprint in Nigeria’s higher education sector.
