FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES, ENUGU (FUAHSE) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu (FUAHSE) 2026/2027 Admission through UTME (100 Level) and Direct Entry.

This application process commences on 8th June, 2026 and closes on 19 August, 2026.

UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 150 in the 2026 JAMB examination. Direct Entry candidates must be holders of ND/HND/First Degree and O ‘Level Credit in relevant disciplines.

​General Guidelines & Registration Details

​Candidates who did not choose FUAHSE as first choice University but scored a minimum of 150 can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of institution.

​Mode of Payment and Registration Procedure:

Eligible candidates for UTME should pay a non-refundable sum of Two thousand naira (N2000.00) only while Candidates for direct entry should purchase the direct entry form with a non-refundable sum of thirty thousand naira (N30,000.00) only, via the University portal

To register, follow the steps outlined below:

​a. Visit the University portal: https://eportal.fuahse.edu.ng

​b. Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).

​c. Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.

​d. Return to the University portal again.

​e. Click on apply to complete your application form.

​f. Correctly enter O’Level results.

​g. Confirm information you entered.

​h. Submit your application.

​i. Print out your acknowledgement slip.

​j. Await further communication from the University.

​Candidates who complete the above-stated registration process will be allowed access to a link through which they can upload their O ‘Level credentials for screening.

​Nature of the Screening Exercise:

The 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise shall be based on verified JAMB scores and WASSC/GCE/NECO uploaded on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

​Important Notices:

​a. You must enter a valid mobile number and e-mail address for further communications.

​b. You must upload your O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL, NOT LATER THAN August 19, 2026.

​c. Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Exercise.

​d. ONLY candidates who successfully submitted applications online would be considered for admission.

​e. Candidate must be 16 years and above.

​f. It is the candidate’s responsibility to regularize with JAMB, if need be.

​g. FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to 4a & 4b

​i. Kindly ensure that your academic transcript reaches The Registrar, Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu NOT LATER THAN August 19, 2026.

​ii. ANY candidate who fails to submit his/her academic transcript would not be considered for Admission.
