The Ogun State Government, on Thursday, clarified that the name of Tai Solarin University of Education in Ijagun has not been changed to Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona University of Education, countering recent rumors of such a rebranding. Kaduna Polytechnic has officially unbundled its Mass Communication department into two active programmes—Strategic Communication and Journalism & Media Studies—while Film & Multimedia Studies will be introduced later. Present HND II students will graduate under the original Mass Communication title, but going forward, the name and structure will no longer exist.
