Bauchi University Establishes Career and Entrepreneurship Centres to Curb Unemployment
Sa’adu Zungur University (SAZU) has launched a Career Service Centre and an Entrepreneurship Development Centre to help students and staff improve their skills and boost employability.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Fatimah Tahir, explained that these centres aim to close the skills gap and support career growth, with backing from TETFund and the Bauchi State government.
The Career Centre focuses on career guidance and development, while the Entrepreneurship Centre offers skills training and mindset development to prepare students for the job market.
These initiatives are now available at the university’s Yuli, Gadau, and Misau campuses, showing SAZU’s commitment to quality education and student empowerment.
