The Ekiti State Government has scheduled the written examination for applicants in its ongoing recruitment exercise into teaching and non-teaching positions in public secondary schools for Saturday, July 19, 2025, warning against impersonation and examination malpractice.
The Permanent Secretary, Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission, Mr Michael Boluwade, said the examination would be held at Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.
Boluwade, in a statement on Tuesday, said, “Applicants are expected to be at the examination centre by 8 am for accreditation.”
He warned against impersonation and examination malpractices, adding that “anyone caught trying to impersonate or perpetrate any form of examination malpractices will be decisively dealt with.”
According to him, the materials to be brought to the examination centre are a coloured printout of the registration form and the result of the Computer-Based Test.
Whoever contravenes this condition will not be allowed to participate in the written examination,” he added.
Speaking further, Boluwade said, “The written examination is the second stage in the series of exercises lined up for the appointment of qualified and competent academic and non-academic staff into the public secondary schools of Ekiti State.
Those who meet the cut-off marks in their various subject areas in the computer-based test conducted recently will be contacted for details on the examination.
“The cut-off marks for all the subjects and non-teaching staff are 50 per cent, except for Mathematics, which is 40 per cent.”
