University of Ibadan and Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo 2025/2026 Admission Exercise
The University of Ibadan, in affiliation with the Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for its undergraduate degree programs. The college, established in 1977, is the only one in Nigeria mandated to train special education teachers and other personnel.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:
– UTME Score: Candidates must have scored 200 and above in the 2025/2026 UTME.
– Institution Choice: Candidates who did not choose the college as their first choice must process a change of institution and make the college their first choice on the JAMB portal.
– Direct Entry: Candidates who applied for Direct Entry must have relevant NCE grades and submit their credentials online.
Registration Formalities
To apply, candidates must:
– Pay the Admission Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 must be paid online through the paystack payment gateway.
– Fill the Online Form: The online form must be filled in capital letters, and candidates can return to the portal to edit or complete their previous entries up until December 30, 2025.
– Provide Functional Contact Information: Candidates must provide a functional email address and GSM number to enable the college to reach them during the admission process.
Important Dates and Deadlines
– Application Deadline: The deadline for submission of bio-data and O’level results is December 30, 2025.
– Post-UTME Screening: The date for Post-UTME screening for UTME candidates will be communicated via email or GSM phone number.

– Admission Processing Fee: Payment of the admission processing fee does not guarantee admission.
– Misrepresentation/Falsification of Documents: Candidates are advised to submit genuine documents only, as misrepresentation or falsification of documents is a serious offense.
