FEDERAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (TECHNICAL), KEANA RELEASES NCE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

 

This is to notify all prospective candidates seeking admission into the newly established Federal College of Education (Technical), Keana, Nasarawa State, that registration for the Online Screening exercise for 2025/2026 admission into Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) programmes will commence on 1st September, and end on 30th December 2025.

Departmental Cut-off marks;

In line with the policies of Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Management has approved the cut-off point for admission into the college for 2025/2026 as follows:

1. School of Technical Education

– Department of Automobile Technology – 100

– Department of Electrical/Electronic Technology – 100

– Department of Building Technology – 100

– Department of Metal Work Technology – 100

– Department of Woodwork Technology – 100

2. School of Vocational Education

– Department of Agricultural Science Education – 100

– Department of Home Economics – 100

– Department of Fine and Applied Arts – 100

– Department of Business Education – 100

3. School of Science Education

– Department of Mathematics – 100

– Department of Computer Science – 100

– Department of Integrated Science – 100

– Department of Chemistry – 100

– Department of Physics – 100

– Department of Biology – 100

4. School of Education

– Department of Educational Foundation – 100

– Department of Educational Psychology and Counselling – 100

– Department of Curriculum and Instruction – 100

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for admission, candidates must have the following:

a. Candidates must have chosen Federal College of Education (Technical), Keana as their First (1st) Choice Institution in the 2025/2026 UTME.

b. Candidates who did not choose the College but wish to do a change of institution can do that by visiting any JAMB CBT accredited centre.

c. Prospective candidates must equally have five (5) relevant O’Level credit passes uploaded on the JAMB Brochure and not more than two (2) sittings.

d. Candidates must have written the 2025 UTME.

e. On JAMB CAPS through a JAMB accredited CBT centre.

f. Candidates awaiting WAEC/NECO O’Level results must ensure that they upload and regularize their results with the exam bodies and promptly on the JAMB CAPS for consideration and possible admission offer before the end of the admission exercise.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Candidates should visit any JAMB CBT Centre with their profile code to effect change of Course/Institution to Federal College of Education (Technical) Keana.

Method of Payment;

To make payments for Federal College of Education (Technical) Keana Post UTME Admission Forms, candidates should follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit Remita Website: www.remita.net

Step 2: Select Payment Option: By clicking on “Pay TSA & State”

Step 3: Choose MDA: Click “FGN: Federal Government of Nigeria” and Select Federal College of Education (Technical) Keana, (with corresponding number: 051702066700)

1. Who do you want to pay: Federal College of Education (Technical) Keana

2. Name of Service/Purpose: Application Forms

3. Amount to Pay: Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only

4. Payer Name: Candidate Name

5. Payer Phone Number: Candidate Phone Number

6. Payer Email: Candidate Email Address

Step 4: Generate RRR: Submit the details to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).

Step 5: Make Payment: Use the uniquely RRR generated to make payment at any Bank Branch in Nigeria or click to process the payment using:

– Bank Transfer

– ATM-Card

– Any other payment options available on the Remita platform

Step 6: Print Payment Receipt: After a successful payment, candidates are to print the Remita e-Receipt.

Things to Note;

a. It should be noted that supplying false information will result in disqualification.

b. Candidates are required to keep login information, email, and password safe, to refer to the email provided on registration.

c. Candidates who fail to register for the Screening Exercise within the stipulated time will not be considered for the test.
