JAMB OPENS CANDIDATE COUNSELLING EMERGENCY SUPPORT CENTRE (CCESC)

In a bid to enhance support and address candidates’ concerns more efficiently, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has launched a Candidate Counselling Emergency Support Centre (CCESC).

While the JAMB Support Ticketing Platform remains the primary and most efficient channel for resolving issues — due to its speed, ease of use, and guaranteed quick responses — candidates with urgent or genuine concerns can now contact designated support officials directly.
