Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) Details:
Yale Young Global Scholars invites high school students ages 16-18 from around the world to reside on Yale’s campus while attending two-week sessions based on different academic tracks.
This coming year brings an exciting location change for YYGS students. Participants will now reside at Yale’s Benjamin Franklin and Pauli Murray Colleges. These dorms are more accessible, within walking distance of downtown New Haven, and offer air chilling technology.
While different than traditional air conditioning, air chilling is a more sustainable approach that keeps rooms significantly cooler, and we are happy to report that all student and staff rooms will be air chilled during YYGS 2026.
