This is to inform interested applicants that Application Forms for Admission into COMMUNITY NURSING & COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY PROGRAMME is available for online from 21st July to 31 August, 2025.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate Must obtain at least 3 Credits in their O’ level result – WAEC, NECO or NABTEB which must include English Language, Biology, and credit in either Physics or Chemistry obtainable in not more than two sittings.
Candidate Must be an Indigene of Taraba State.
NOTE: NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB for both programmes.
MODE OF APPLICATION
- Visit the College Application Portal
- Create an account on the college portal
- Use your username and password to log in
- Make a non-refundable payment of N10,000 only for the application form via ATM CARD
- Fill the form carefully and submit online (only use O’level Result Checking Card or PIN that has not been used more than three (3) times)
PRINT YOUR PAYMENT SLIP (evidence of payment), application form and acknowledgement letter.
a) Come along with the aforementioned documents, National Identity Card or Slip, O’level Result Checking Card or PIN, and all relevant documents (ORIGINALS & PHOTOCOPIES) during the physical verification please.
b) Physical Verification & Aptitude Test is scheduled for Thursday 5th September, 2025.

c) Prospective candidates should come along with writing materials for the test.
