The Federal University Gashua has announced Friday, 13th March, 2026, as the date for its 2025/2026 matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students.
According to a Special Bulletin released by the institution, the ceremony will hold at the 1000 Capacity Lecture Hall by 10:00am.
The university directed all newly admitted students to pay a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Naira for the rental of academic gowns through their respective Faculty Officers.
Students are also required to return the academic gowns on Monday, 16th March, 2026. The management warned that late submission will attract a fine of One Thousand Naira per day, while any damage to or loss of the gown will attract a penalty of Thirty Thousand Naira.
The notice was signed by the Deputy Registrar, Academic, Auwal Namaliya Dachia, for the Registrar.
