If you’ve been offered admission, you can now accept or reject it through SMS—no need to log in to CAPS first.
✅ To ACCEPT your admission:
Type your JAMB Registration Number, leave a space, then type ACCEPT in capital letters.
Example:
“20262345678901HG ACCEPT”
❌ To REJECT your admission:
Type your JAMB Registration Number, leave a space, then type REJECT in capital letters.
Example:
“20262345678901HG REJECT”
After sending the SMS, you will receive a confirmation message from JAMB confirming whether your request was successful.
Then, log in to your JAMB CAPS to verify the update.
You should see either:
✅ Congratulations! You have accepted your admission.
or
❌ Congratulations! You have rejected your admission.
⚠️ Important: Only reject an admission if you are absolutely certain. Once you reject an admission, recovering that same offer may not be possible.
