The management of the College of Nursing Science, UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, has released the application form for admission into its various nursing programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following programmes:
- HND (4-Year) General Nursing Programme
- Post-Basic Nursing Programmes
- Perioperative Nursing
- Paediatric Nursing
- Anaesthetic Nursing
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates applying for the HND (4-Year) General Nursing Programme must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
The required credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.
Candidates applying for the Post-Basic Nursing Programmes must be Registered Nurses (RN) with a valid and current practising licence.
Application Fee
Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000).
The payment is to be made into the College’s designated Sterling Bank account: 0178613000 (UHSPBN Account).
