The College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto, wishes to inform the general public that admission forms for the ND and HND Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session are now on sale.
How to Apply
To begin your application, visit the official portal
1. Click on the “Admission” tab and select “Create a Profile” to register.
2. The application form costs ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only).
Eligibility and Requirements for PUTME
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME):

- A minimum score of 160 in the 2025 JAMB examination.
- Credit passes in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at O’Level (WAEC/NECO), obtained in no more than two sittings.
- The College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto must be chosen as the first choice institution in JAMB.
Upload scanned copies of the following documents on the portal during registration and bring the originals along for the PUTME exam:

- JAMB result slip
- JAMB change of institution slip (if applicable)
- WAEC/NECO results
- O’Level result must also be uploaded to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
- JAMB subject combination must be Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
