JOSEPH AYO BABALOLA UNIVERSITY (JABU) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Management of Joseph Ayo Babalola University hereby informs the general public, prospective candidates, parents, guardians, and all stakeholders that the University has officially commenced the 2026/2027 Admission Exercise into its various undergraduate programmes.

​This follows the recent admission policy directives and guidelines released by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board for the 2026 admission cycle.

​Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the University’s programmes across the following Colleges:

​College of Agricultural and Natural Sciences

​College of Environmental Sciences

​College of Health Sciences

​College of Humanities and Social Sciences

​College of Law

​College of Management Sciences

​APPROVED JAMB MINIMUM CUT-OFF MARK

​In line with the approved national admission policy:

​The minimum UTME score for admission into Universities is 150.

​However, candidates should note that admission into Joseph Ayo Babalola University is competitive and subject to departmental requirements.

​Programmes such as Law, Nursing, and other highly sought-after courses require significantly higher UTME scores and additional screening considerations.

​IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CANDIDATES

​Candidates must possess the required O’Level credits relevant to their chosen course of study.

​Applicants who chose the University as first choice in UTME are encouraged to commence their admission processing immediately.

​Candidates who did not initially choose the University may apply through the approved Change of Institution process on CAPS.

​Admission shall be based on UTME performance, O’Level results, screening requirements, and other approved admission criteria.
