To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. JAMB Requirement
Candidates must have:
Sat for the 2026 UTME conducted by Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board

Scored a minimum of 180
Candidates who did not initially choose UITH must change their institution to the College of Nursing Sciences, UITH via a JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
2. OβLevel Requirements
Applicants must have:
At least five (5) credits in:

Mathematics

Chemistry
Physics
Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings
Important:
NABTEB is accepted
However, NABTEB cannot be combined with other OβLevel results
3. Age Requirement
Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application
