Gombe State University Release Online Admission Registration form for 2025/2026

This is to inform all Candidates who applied for Admission into the various Degree Programmes of Gombe State University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session that there shall be an Online Registration for Post-UTME Screening Exercise commencing from Monday, 1st to Monday, 13th October, 2025 for Candidates who made the University their First Choice Institution on JAMB Portal.

Please note that any candidate who does not undergo the Online or Physical Screening will NOT be considered for admission into the University.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for GSU Post UTME Form

▪ Candidates who chose GSU as their First Choice and scored a minimum of 150 points in UTME.
▪ Candidates who scored a minimum of 200 in UTME for Medicine, Pharmacy, and Law Programmes.
▪ Candidates who scored a minimum of 190 points in UTME for Public Health.
▪ Candidates who scored a minimum of 180 points in UTME for Computer Science, Physiology, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
▪ Candidates who applied for Law but scored less than 200 points are advised to change to alternative Programmes including:
▪ B.LIS Library and Information Science
▪ B.Ed Educational Management
▪ B.Sc Banking and Finance
▪ B.Sc International Relations
▪ B.Sc Peace and Conflict Resolution

For Direct Entry: Candidates must possess any of the following: NCE, IJMB, A’level GCE, or Diploma.

▪ Candidates who applied for MBBS and Pharmacy but scored less than 200 points are advised to change to alternative Programmes including:
▪ B.N.Sc Nursing
▪ B.Sc Human Nutrition and Dietetics
▪ B.Sc Public Health
▪ B.Sc Biotechnology
▪ B.Sc Pharmacology
▪ B.Sc Industrial Chemistry
▪ B.Sc Environmental Chemistry and Toxicology

GSU Physical Screening Exercise

▪ The date and time will be available via the University portal after registration.
▪ Candidates are strongly advised to upload their O’level results on the JAMB Website (for those who used awaiting results).

Cost of GSU Post UTME Form

▪ The official cost is Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000).

How to Apply for GSU Post UTME Form

Candidates shall visit the University portal: http://gsu-edu.com/admission to register for the Online Screening Exercise as follows:

▪ Go to http://gsu-edu.com/admission
▪ Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Pin in the required column
▪ Login and fill the form to create your screening account
▪ Click “Register” – your captured details shall display
▪ Click “Generate Data Form”
▪ A PDF file of two pages will be generated:
▪ Page One – Candidate’s registration details
▪ Page Two – Candidate’s Post UTME I.D. Card
▪ Print the two pages and attach photocopies of all credentials to page one
▪ Take them along with the originals to the physical screening day
▪ Your screening date will be on your I.D. Card

Important Note: Change of State of Origin, LGA, and Date of Birth will not be entertained after registration and screening.

▪ The dates of the Post-UTME Test (CBT) will be communicated through the Email Address and GSM Numbers provided during registration.

▪ The deadline for the Post UTME Registration and Screening is Monday, 13th October, 2025.
